Blackberry, raspberry & spice on the nose. Lush flavours of blackberry, cherry with liquorice, vanilla & a nice pepperiness. Plush & round tannins with a fresh finish. This wine has some fun pairings with recipes from the Joy of Cooking which we haven’t tried yet but sounds like a fun weekend project. (Fromage Fort, Lamb Ragu & Pulled Pork with North Carolina style bbq sauce)
