Brewed in collaboration with Pilot Coffee Roasters, Bricks and Mortar is a tribute to the brick industry upon which Left Fields's neighbourhood was built. Pilot’s ‘Community’ Seasonal Blend of Guatemalan and Columbian beans were added in the final stages of conditioning imparting notes of ripe plum, dark honey and milk chocolate expressing the unique conditions of its origin.
