Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Central Toronto & selected Durham postal codes. For Toronto, M4, M5 & M6 postal codes and for Durham L1N, L1J, L1H, L1E, L1R.
When is delivery?
Currently we deliver on Wednesdays between 10 and 6. New delivery times may be added soon! Orders can by placed up until 7:00am on Wednesday!
What if I miss delivery?
You will be notified when your order is out for delivery. It will arrive within 3-4 hours. Upon arrival we will call & if possible knock to let you know we have arrived. If you have not left alternate delivery instructions when you ordered, we will return your order to the store. You will be responsible for arranging to pick up your order. We're sorry but we cannot provide refunds for missed deliveries but we will do our best to accommodate you with pick up at HL.
How does Pick Up Work?
Orders placed Sunday to 7:00am Wednesday or marked as “Wednesday (Delivery or Pick Up)” will be available for pick up after 1pm on Wednesday. Orders placed after 11:00am Wednesday - Saturday will be available for next day pick up and orders placed between midnight and 11am will be available for same day pick up! Select “Pick Up” at check out & you’ll receive an email when your order is ready!
Why do I have to select Wednesday (Delivery or Pick Up) or Pick Up (Thurs-Sun) on some items?
I placed an order but I don't see a charge.
Your card will be charged on the day of delivery, Thursday, once we confirm that your order has been fully packed and is heading out the door for delivery.
